They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.

BUSINESS OVERVIEW:
This Capital Markets group in a major bank is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across the bank. The group implements state of the art technologies and operational processes which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account, corporate action, and financial contract data. This organization has a very diverse portfolio of clients and works in partnership with them to deploy solutions to increase their competitiveness, through restructuring business processes, simplifying information access, and providing business intelligence around critical data.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the delivering modifications to the strategic document repository in support of LIBOR transition as well as support consolidation of legal documentation within the document repository. The candidate will also work independently to ensure successful execution of his/her projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Work directly with Technology, Operations and Business partners to successfully lead delivery
-Identify impacted stakeholders, assess process and requirements in order to define clear technical deliveries
-Document operational processes and identify re-engineering opportunities through centralization and technology
-Provide status updates and transparency on risks to LIBOR PM
-Create comprehensive use cases for testing
-Coordinate user test, obtain approvals and arrange for production deployment without compromising BAU processes

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
-Experience of the full project cycle for complex business deliverables -including translating client logic into functional requirements, writing FRDs/BRDs, working with the technology teams to ensure accurate implementation, and partner with business for user acceptance testing and production go live.
-Capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
-Experience with NLP/AI and machine-learning technologies, especially in relation to digital documentation is advantageous
-Experience in Legal documentation is a plus
-Familiarity with Agile development process and concepts
-Clear track record of execution on technology projects, from inception to production deployment.
