Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
**Must have previous experience working with legal documentation and subject matter expertise in that domain -documentation as reference data.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the delivering modifications to the strategic document repository in support of a strategic program to transform loans processing across Client as well as to increase adoption of the centralized repository across the Bank. The candidate will also work both independently and as part of a team to ensure successful execution of his/her projects.
-Work directly with Technology, Operations and Business partners to successfully lead delivery
-Identify impacted stakeholders, assess process and requirements in order to define clear technical deliveries
-Document operational processes and identify re-engineering opportunities through centralization and technology
-Provide domain knowledge and subject matter experts on Loans documentation to the supporting technology team
-Provide status updates and transparency on risks to Project Manager and senior stakeholders
-Create comprehensive use cases for testing
-Coordinate user test, obtain approvals and arrange for production deployment without compromising BAU processes
-Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
-Experience of the full project cycle for complex business deliverables -including translating client logic into functional requirements, writing FRDs/BRDs, working with the technology teams to ensure accurate implementation, and partner with business for user acceptance testing and production go live.
-Capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
-Demonstrable knowledge of documentation domain with specific focus on Legal documentation and Loans business
-Familiarity with NLP/AI and machine-learning technologies, especially in relation to digital documentation is advantageous
-Familiarity with Agile development process and concepts
-Clear track record of execution on technology projects, from inception to production deployment.
