Top Tier Investment Bank is seeking Senior Project Manager
The role will comprise of Project Management for complex global projects managing deliverables and workstreams with members across the regions.
Project Manager role includes:
- Successfully (i.e., deliver agreed scope at expected quality on time and within budget or raise Change Requests appropriately) manage Group CTO projects
- Ensure the solution being delivered by the project aligns with Group CTO and Bank strategy and raise risks, issues and/or change requests if measures indicate that the solution is likely to underachieve the stated performance goals
- Manage any dependency of the project
- Follow the CS standard methodologies where applicable and complete all required program / project management deliverables and artefacts
- Provide status reports in line with the central PMO guidelines
- Create a stakeholder management plan and communications plan across Group CTO
- Ensure appropriate governance is in place and followed and regularly engage with and communicate to the governing body
- Partner with project sponsors, stakeholders and Group CTO management to ensure success and realize the benefits of the project
- Proactively suggest Group CTO Transformation improvement by bringing problems to the attention of the program leadership team
- Select and onboard appropriately skilled resources to successfully deliver the project

Required Skills
- 7+ years of project management experience in the IT Financial Services industry
- Strong project financial management background to understand and calculate benefits for efficiencies delivered
- Strong domain understanding of Technology Infrastructure and/or Application Support teams
- Ability to quickly grasp the organization and drive change
- Ability to take an abstract idea and work with SMEs to get concrete results
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to (proactively interact professionally with a diverse group, stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the strategy and analyze tradeoffs between key requirements
- Ability to present plans, risks & issues effectively to stakeholder communities
- Being able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Being able to communicate to different audiences and levels of management of stakeholders
