Description
Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management
Consultant will plan, direct and coordinate activities for projects to ensure that goals and objectives of those projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget. May interact with client, customers, and suppliers to meet the objectives of the project. Must be able to develop a project plan with milestones and resource allocation. Must have good PC skills, with knowledge of project planning software, as well as word processing and spreadsheet programs and have working knowledge of the project discipline (e.g., real estate, purchasing, operations). Must have good organizational skills, be analytical, and be able to interact with all levels of management. Needs excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Support highly visible, global complex projects, initiatives, and programs to ensure end-to-end readiness, in order to successfully integrate new products/processes, as well as enhancements through Change Requests to existing processes.
-Develop and maintain project plans outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items, actions, risk and issue logs.
-Manage business office functions and deliverables.
-Manage documentation tracking for all BAU activities.
-Develop UAT testing requirements, testing scripts, and status tracking for implementation of technical solutions to drive productivity, mitigate risk, and promote operational efficiencies as well as new projects.
-Identify key business inefficiencies and opportunities in reducing client inquiries.
-Provide input from the client's point-of-view during all phases of projects.
-Maintain solid relationships with Product and Technical partners, and other internal stakeholders.
-Partner with functional teams to identify and escalate critical issues for resolution and efficiency.
-Develop and deliver metrics related to project and ongoing initiatives.
