They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.

Project/Program (PM) Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of strategic, cross-functional, highly visible projects within time, cost, scope, and quality defined boundaries in accordance with Bank's life cycle methodologies (SDLC/Agile) and disciplines
- Manage complex interaction of multiple technical and business stakeholders that span multiple businesses, functions and geographies within the company
- Creates project and program schedules, expense plans, communication plans, tracking & reporting variables
- Leads in implementing/applying standard processes for scope/change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance, estimate variances and project communications
- Provide regular project progress status to direct Manager, Release Oversight Manager, (other Major Global Bank staff as applicable)
- Manages all projects/programs, tracks time allocations and resource usage; build and deliver SDLC & Agile artifacts
- Provision necessary artifacts to support Corporate audit efforts
- Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis (may include Senior or Executive Level Management)
- Builds and maintains high performance teams through own actions and direction provided to others
- Ensures project closes effectively through production turnover, documentation of learning and provision of feedback on project resource performance
- Ensures project satisfies all required policy, audit, financial and technology guidelines

Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a project manager
- Experience with financial applications; work history with 'known' organizations in the financial industry
- Previous track record that demonstrates the successful implementation of 3-5 large scale, cross functional, strategic initiatives
- Experience handling multiple projects concurrently and consistently meeting project deliverables/deadlines
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, organization & communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage across various business segments and technology disciplines
- Strong organization skills and experience with management and tracking of project deliverables, risks/issues, detailed task lists, etc.
- PMP Certification preferred
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience with Agile SDLC and Global projects, programs a plus
