Job Summary: This role is for a PMO Coordinator/Tech Analyst in Enterprise Supply Chain, working within a team who's focus is on Oracle P2P. We need a resource with extensive Supply Chain experience; who has worked within IT/Systems
and who has functional familiarity with the overall Oracle eBusiness Suite product AND Supply Chain and Systems processing. We need someone to hit the ground running and help coordinate and drive the successful and timely completion of deliverables for the Supply Chain Portal.
We expect this individual to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for program delivery and on-going BAU (Business As Usual) to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues, which impact project/program delivery.

Required Skills to be successful in this role:

PM/PMO Skills:
Strong Coordination Skills and reporting skills
Very strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
Partners with internal technology resources
Partner with other departments and businesses (Finance, FRO, Operations)
Can create complex PowerPoints to explain issues or project status in basic terms
Must have SharePoint experience and Strong MS Office Skills (Word Excel PPT)
Must be proactive on activities and have strong follow up skills

BA Skills:
- Documentation and business requirement skills
- Advanced analysis skills across all integrated Oracle modules and partner interfaces
- Performs and documents complex data analysis across multiple system platforms
- Will need to be able to write in a clear and concise manor

Techno/functional skills:
·Leads implementations and integration activities for the Supply Chain Portal
- Advanced Oracle expertise, with specific expertise in data handoff concepts (Over 5+ years with Oracle eBusiness Suite)
- Microsoft Access & Excel skills

Additional Job Qualifications:
- Accounting degree or proven equivalent experience
- Strong Verbal and written communications skills
