Marketing Project Lead Contractor Description

Critical Responsibilities
- Providing project management support for marketing initiatives, including assisting with marketing program implementation
- Coordinate creative review process, including gathering internal feedback/approvals, collaborating with the partner and ensuring accurate implementation
- Campaign execution coordinating including trafficking support to keep programs on track

Keys to success in this role include the ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams, attention to detail, being a self-starter focused on continuous improvement, intellectually curious and creative, and the ability to manage multiple and diverse work streams simultaneously
- Provide project management support for marketing initiatives
- Track and monitor milestone deliverable deadlines with various resources engaged on the project
- Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns, including supporting the audit and control processes
- Coordinate creative review process, gathering feedback/approvals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure implementation
- Assist with the statement marketing plan and process, collaborating with partner/internal teams and managing the statement messaging/onsert approval process
- Collaborating with the partner and internal teams to ensure that programs are executed accurately and on-time
- Maintaining campaign approval documentation in centralized repository

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of experience with a foundation in direct and digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills: both written and oral
- Quality project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player; ability to successfully interact with and influence others
- Positive, "can do” attitude
- Creative problem-solving skills
- High level of accountability
- Relationship building skills both internally and with external clients/partners
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint (create decks for Senior Management), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation)
- SharePoint Experience a plus
- Formal project management experience a plus
