Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
As a Documentation QA you will be responsible for supporting Program and Article Owners.
Performing independent reviews of the documentation required for each program and milestone.
Review availability and quality of exiting / planned documents.
Identify and document gaps.
Work with Program Management to define action plan - Owners and timelines to enhance documentation.
Audit or Compliance Testing Experience.
Experience desired but not essential.
Ability to very quickly pick-up the context and delve into details.
Experience to deal with very senior managers leadership ability to articulate and drive their point, as required.
